Puppy Reservation Process

Puppies are on a first come first serve basis.

1. Email quailcreekdoodles@gmail.com, with your choice of puppy gender, and colour. Please also include information about the home and lifestyle you will have available for your puppy (i.e. fenced yard, kids, apartment, indoor companion, hiking, etc)

2. We will email you back to confirm receipt of your preferences and coordinate payment of the non-refundable deposit amount*

3. Once your puppy deposit has been made you will be put in line for the puppy selection in the order of when we received the deposit. We will do our best to match the perfect puppy for your family.

4. Puppy selection is at 5-6wks of age. You will be scheduled for your selection according to the order of deposits received. All puppy selection will be over Zoom or FaceTime. We do not allow in person visits for selection for the protection of the litter.

5. Puppies go home at 8wks of age. It is strongly encouraged you come during the assigned pick up dates. For any puppies who will remain beyond these pick up dates, there will be a $30/day charge added for us to care for and board your puppy. The remaining balance and sales tax (less deposit), will be due at the time you come to bring your puppy home.

6. Health and spay/neuter contract will be completed and signed at the time of puppy pick up.

We encourage you to let us know the name of your chosen puppy so we can start implementing that name in advance for you. You will receive a care package for your new puppy when you go home and we will be available for any questions as you transition with your newest family member.

*For those who have made a deposit, but are unable to acquire their puppy from an initial chosen litter, can have the deposit applied to a future litter.
